Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is essential to us at GLAMPOP. Please read our return/refund policy carefully:

Return Period: You can submit a return request within 7 days of your package being delivered.

Exchange: Currently we don't offer exchange. 

Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered state with packaging intact. Only products returned in their original condition will be considered for a refund. 

Contacting Us: If you wish to make a return, please email contact@glampop.co with your order number and details about the items you'd like to return.

Shipping Details: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items thoroughly.

Refund Process: If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

Ineligible Items:

Damaged Items: Any items received at our facility in a damaged state won't be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items & Opened Packages: These are not returnable.

Promotional & Holiday Sales: All items purchased during these sales are FINAL SALE.

Discount Codes: These are not refundable.
