Shopping Information
1. How long do the press-on nails last?
When applied with our stickers, the nails last about a week. For a longer hold, using our glue can extend the wear to 1-2 weeks depending on your daily activities and care.
2. Can I reuse GLAMPOP nails?
Yes! Our nails are designed for reusability. Ensure you remove them gently and keep them clean for future use.
3. I'm a professional (doctor, chef, etc.) Can I wear GLAMPOP nails?
Yes! Our nails are perfect for those moments outside of work when you want to feel glamorous, like date nights or personal outings.
Shipping Information
1. How much is shipping?
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $49. Shipping rates for orders below this amount will vary based on your location.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S.
3. Where do you ship from?
All GLAMPOP orders are shipped from Houston, Texas.
4. How long does it take to process my order?
We typically ship orders within 24 hours. As a small business, there might be occasional delays, especially during peak times or vacations. If there's any delay, we'll let you know.
Order & Returns
1. What if I receive a damaged product?

2. What is the return period for items I've purchased?
You can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your package.
3. Will I get refunded for the shipping costs?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
